About The Photo: “Qian Gui Mountain, Yunnan Province”
This particular photograph was taken at the top peak mountain on one early morning during one of my trip to Yunnan Province. The name “Qian Gui Mountain” also means “Thousand Turtle Mountain” in english. It is based on the idea that when viewed from a far distance, the shape of these mountains resembled the back shell of many turtle moving together. Standing on top on one of this mountain gives you a great and vast view across the valley and over the horizon beyond. The feeling is just breathtaking for me. I could hear the morning birds chirping and feel the morning breeze while the warn sunlight bath over my shoulder.
I have set this angle shot to give you an idea of how majestic it can be just by standing over the peak. You can see the beautiful layering of mountains and hills forming together at a distance. The colour of the rocks reflecting the morning sunlight as you can also see the gentle sun-beam shining through the mountain top on the far right side.
As much as I enjoy the beauty of outdoor, I hope this photograph could inspire you to discover more about the wonders in nature.
