Celebrating the joy and beauty of life through pictures!

Weekly Photo Challenge: Renewal

Often after days of busy work and schedule throughout the week, it can be pretty exhausting. One of my favorite spot to refresh myself is by going to a nearby park for a time of solitude. A stroll in the wood surrounded by huge canopy trees, the sound of the wind and bird, I find it to be very refreshing and alive. I took this shot as I was walking pass the riverside and notice a group of wildflower growing along the river edge. While the dark green wood behind this flower provides a great contrast over the fresh pink colored petals. This gives me a great opportunity to capture this flower in detail.

    • Thank you. I agree with you, it’s always refreshing to be away from the busy city by the nature. Once awhile it helps to put thinking into focus and have a peace of the mind.
