On this particular week, one of the topic for photography challenge is “Geometry”. For the first photo below, I’ve converted the color into black and white to show the strong contrast between light and shadow of the bridge. This was taken beneath the bridge with the intent to use the archway as a frame to capture the landscape view behind. While for the second picture, the repetitive dark line along the edge of each roof level actually plays a major role to brings out the profile of the tower. Against the clear sky, this gives additional punch to distinct the differences between the building and the background.
