Misty Rocks of the Sea Photography

Rocks by the seaside

The photo of today features “Misty Rocks”, which was taken by the beach side of Penang, Malaysia. I manage to reduce the shutter speed in order to create a calm and moody water feeling from the surging wave in that particular morning. This photo is then converted from color to black and white to show the contrast between the light water and the darker element of the rocks. While the mid-tone of the wave creates a “what seems to look like cloud/mist effect over the rocks”. Finally, to finishing up this photo, I’ve added on top of it a dark frame to contain this picture. And….this the final result, enjoy!
